Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Most services require a $10 deposit due when booking your appointment. Your deposit will go towards your final balance.
Reminder I’m only offering mobile waxing services, meaning I will be coming to your home. Please have a clean open space in order to fit my waxing table and close to an outlet to plug in wax pot. Any other questions you may reach out to me via email divineoasisbeautyboutique@gmail.com.
If for any reason you are running late due to work/errands I have a 10 min grace period. If by chance I’m running behind time due to heavy traffic, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed ahead of time.
